Reason for the Change: The “Kenzo” name presents long-term brand conflicts and confusion with other trademarks. We beleive Both “Aika” and “Nahreel” hold strong recognition and equity independently, and together represent the core of our sound and legacy.
This marks the official reintroduction of the duo under their real names, signaling both a creative rebirth and a bold rebranding move toward global markets and deeper storytelling.
Meet Aika & Nahreel: A New Name, Same Fire
Navy Kenzo was the foundation, but Aika & Nahreel represent evolution, artistic freedom, and an unfiltered approach to music and identity. The name shift can as well express themselves more authentically, both as artists and as individuals.
“This is not the end of Navy Kenzo it’s a transformation,” says Nahreel. “We’re still a duo, still making magic, but now we’re doing it under our own names and with even more creative freedom.”
“DM” — The First Sound of the New Era
Released single, “DM” is the duo’s first single under the new identity and it’s already available across all the regions and beyond. Drenched in slick production, the track is both flirtatious and futuristic, designed to connect with a global audience.
